【宣教師スタイルという名称は現地人が観察にもとづいて命名した由緒ある名称】 　性行為のポジションを説明する日本語の「正常位（missionary position）」は、性行為パターンにおいてノーマルという意味はない。であるからその意味で宣教師スタイルはむしろ「異常位」と評価してもよろしい。宣教師スタイルという名称は 現地人が観察にもとづいて命名した由緒ある名称。ただし宣教師の布教を待つまでもなく、性行為のスタイルとしてはキリスト教以前よりあり、後背位（ワン ちゃんスタイル：Doggy style、とこれまた揶揄された愛称がある）よりも必ずしも由緒あるものとはいえない。画像は、左「宣教師スタイル」右「後背位（こうはいい）」： "The missionary position or man-on-top position is a sex position usually denoting the act in which a woman lies on her back and a man lies on top of her while they face each other and engage in sexual intercourse or other sexual activity" - Wiki-Eng.

Again the woman may stretch her legs and place them directly on the man's hips, with his arms outside them, but the far more usual position is with her legs embracing the man's arms, and resting on the elbows."

What started as artistic and scientific curiosity has now been realised. We have shown that magnetic resonance images of the female sexual response and the male and female genitals during coitus are feasible and beautiful; that the penis during intercourse in the “missionary position” has the shape of a boomerang and not of an S as drawn by Dickinson; and that, in contrast to the findings of Masters and Johnson, there was no evidence of an increase in the volume of the uterus during sexual arousal.

【性行為と情動：余滴】

ユダヤ人スピルバーグ監督の『ミュンヘン』（Munich）の主人公モサド役のリーダーのア ヴナーが映画の冒頭に奥さんと無言のセックスをする、そのことを思い出したからだ。アブナーを写すそのカメラの視点は、なんとの奥さんの視点だ——この技 法は、オリバー・ストーン『サルバドル』でも修道女に同行する米国の若い女性ボランティアの強姦シーンでも登場する。さて、僕は、どんなスプラッタームー ビをみても気分が悪くなることはないが、この映画だけは、なんともおぞましかった（フロイトのいう両親の性行為の盗み見などは児戯に等しい）。おまけに、 その（タナトスとの？）性交の前後に映るのが、CGで再現されるWTCのツインタワーである。イスラエル人にもモサドにも、そして米国のユダヤ人社会にも 物議をかもした映画だが、スピルバーグが、CIAやイスラエル軍隊の殺人マシーン化を批判しようとしている趣旨は痛いほどわかる。だが、映像には耐えられ ない。イスラエル軍隊は消滅してほしいという気持ちに本心からなる。そして911の原因もまた関係していると思うのは当たり前じゃないか！ユダヤの神によ りイスラエル軍が業火に焼かれて消滅してほしいと魔が差す「瞬間」だ。

【愛情の起源に関する宮地伝三郎の仮説】 多くのほ乳類のペニスには骨がある。 進化論的に「下等」な霊長類のペニスには小さな棘（トゲ）があり膣に挿入した後抜けないようになっている。 原猿類のペニスの構造（W.C.Osman. Hill） ヒルは原猿類のトゲを摩擦装置と考えるが、宮地は性交を成功させるためと解釈する。 高等霊長類のペニスの表面はすべすべ。 原猿類から真猿類、霊長類へと性交の様式には「攻撃的要素」が少なくなる。 宮地は進化論的にみて、これらの現象を性交が成功し、確実に射精するために「愛情」が発生したのではないかと提案。
