is Strategic Information ?
情
報とは「不確実性の解決（resolution of
uncertainty）」であると定義することができる。そして、その情報の中身とは、データや知識などで表現されるものであり、それらが提供される
と、それまでの不確実性や不確かさが解消される。情報が正しく伝わったり、伝わらなかった（言い換えると、情報が共有されたり、共有されなかったり）する
には、情報の発信者と受け手が、別々の存在であるということが、このモデルの前提になる（→http://bit.ly/2O0Q2AT）。
戦略的情報の定義：意思決定の上位審級において、さまざまなレベルと多様な活動から入手された情報か ら、意思決定 の手段のために選択され、評価され、判断された、意味のある情報内容のことである。
Strategic information systems (SIS) are
information systems that are developed in response to corporate
business initiative. They are intended to give competitive advantage to
the organization. They may deliver a product or service that is at a
lower cost, that is differentiated, that focuses on a particular market
segment, or is innovative. Strategic information management (SIM) is a
salient feature in the world of information technology (IT). In a
nutshell, SIM helps businesses and organizations categorize, store,
process and transfer the information they create and receive. It also
offers tools for helping companies apply metrics and analytical tools
to their information repositories, allowing them to recognize
opportunities for growth and pinpoint ways to improve operational
